In recent years been a grand £50-100quid per person. I start buyin the prezzies as early as sept (or making lil mental notes on what to get).
Well i also give the option to reduce their debts to me by a flat amount. I take after my father, remember once haggling with him -wanted to buy my brother's 50 quid debt for 20, cause where is a 13yr old gonna get that amount of scratch. Lil did the old goat know that i got my lil bro a job as a paperboy, let him keep half his earnings n he was debt free in a month  . Just to compare my father wouldve just guilt tripped him with the debt, trying to buy loyalty/submission.

Christmas gifts are always expensive enough that I don't have enough money for everything.
