unlocking a thread and moving it for posterity
i have a request. since the issue with gigel_the_skel was ironed out, can his thread be unlocked and moved to the Tavern? it's not like there aren't many other fun threads there that started out as vw content...
edit: meant to say "aren't".

Yes to the first part. (I cleaned it up a bit, too.) As to the second, let's see how it pans out first.
