Anyone seen this before?

How to scale it, because I don't see whole options in "creature", "primary skills" and "secondary skills"?

Changing the compatibility mode to something like Win7 did help me.

You were right (almost). Changing settings helped. Besides changing compatibility, I also changed high-dpi-scalling and it worked. Thank You.
