Why this?
Well, at least thanks to stealth edit not working I can see these jewels
These are unanimously edits to my stuff.
The contents of the messages weren't changed that I could see. The only thing I can think about is an "attempt of removal of QP" (ghot was right: Stealth QP doesn't work. He is a prophet!) or someting like that. But I wasn't notified and old posts (years old) should not be subject to this.
I have asked in private, no response...
How, why?

yes, nimostar, please use the feature that doesn't work. or this moderator named galaad will not like it, and have to penalyze you for being noncompliant to his inane totalitarian authority on some obscure website.

It is a demonstration that it issince it bumped my five year old posts to the top for a nonexistent edit...
and I always "use it" to no effect.

I didn't use it on purpose so you could witness by yourself what it does if you don't use it.
Minion and Artu explained in the other thread what the function does and how it differs from what you and fred think it should be doing.

definition of stealth, per merriam-webster (and this definition hasn't been changed for any agenda):
a cautious, unobtrusive, and secretive way of moving or proceeding intended to avoid detection.

i don't see why this is such a difficult concept to comprehend. it WOULDN'T be, if your brain was in full working order.

It you don't use stealth edit, you bump the thread up and you appear as the last poster even though you aren't.
If you use the function, you can edit your post without yelling it at the whole forum.
It's not totally aberrant to call such a function stealth editing. You are indeed editing your post in a cautious and unobtrusive way of moving or proceeding intended to avoid detection.
Ok it's not secretive, but who cares to know someone fixed a typo at 12:14?

Edit: The second and third penalties are for your HCMs.
