Eagle Eye could be more useful if there would be resources(exept wood), mines, chests and artifacts dug in to ground and Eagle Eye could detect it when hero passing by...
about the same amount all over the map like on the surface...
Basic 40% chance(each sepatarately) to detect any when standing over it,  40% chance(each sepatarately) to indetify object, otherwise unidentified until we dig...
Advanced 50% chance(each sepatarately) to detect any when standing over it and within 1 square radius, 50%(each sepatarately) chance to indetify object, otherwise unidentified until we dig...
Advanced 60% chance(each sepatarately) to detect any when standing over it, within 2 square radius, 60%(each sepatarately) chance to indetify object, otherwise unidentified until we dig...
cost of digging 20% of daily total movement points
similar bonuses with speciality and artifacts(however without need of knowing EE skill)...
the same on water, digging replaced by lifting from sea-floor...
when coming the same way again we got chances again to detect objects undetected before...
similar features could have spells like View Artifacts, View Mines and View Resources (with very limited range)if we introduce them again and deprive View Earth of thier features...
heroes and creatures with resource, +350 gold (but not estates) specilities should be replaced by 100% detection of them just larger radius with level, some creatures like dwarfs could have ability of their detection...


if all battle spells were concealed for enemy only EE could see them...

if enemy hero and creatures stats were concealed during battle exept quantities of stacks and only EE and Visions could see them with adequate propability...
EE could give possibility to see battle events text window which could be also hidden...


maybe we just need more heroes who leads neutral stacks casting spells...

First Aid could work like Sagamosa's Endure Pain granting ability to not taken any loss until stack get 10/20/30% of its total hp sum

Learning is as good as in Wog

Scholar can reduce cost of spell casting or channel mana...

Combine them into one skill maybe.

Edit: WoG did that for 1st aid, Ballistics and Artillery as Warfare skill.

My Remote Mountain II (WoG/ERA) map's description says/reads

"The last day hasn't come, thus Dungeon gods rise and display their supernatural power, while great heroes are wandering around looking for fame. Only the smartest hero will succeed and overcome all troubles.

[HoMM3 WoG/ERA III version 3.9.3]"

And make an example of Tavern's rumour says/reads

"The heroes balance their skills, artifacts and experiences, but the Dark Empire agreed to exist and prepares for the Undead Kingdom in the Enroth."

And then hidden skills are Artillery, Ballistics, EE, Estates, FA, Learning, etc So it showed only skills them.. If just the opposite Air, Earth, Fire, Water, Intelligence, Diplomacy, etc it will stretches like it doesn't want to give skills.. Now's excellent, thus failed Air, Earth, Fire, Water, etc very possiby! IDK percent! I tested that I can't get a Earth..

HUMAN AI MOD, AIs removed Water, Tactics, Fire to replace Earth, IDK why, but Difficulty Mod "prevents" idiots.. plus strong ERM scripts don't give possibly anything..

Ok strategy has started!

BUT..

Then only EE, FA, Learning are needing change.. You find my H8 idea thread shows everyone skills are OP.. And WoG you don't need to change anything.. I want still change them.. Learning to Stealth, etc HotA? No mod but MP, so we can't change them.. Yes a little can go to.. What? Full 100% EE, double FA in Tent 150hp, etc and Learning is problem, when 5-10-15% is rule, if it changes, so other skills must also change.. Only they can add on chance of extra primary skill point each level - 10%/20%/30%! I edited from WoG.. Because I can't allow you play with 50%..

Did you laugh? It belongs to evil..because you can't know about HoMM.. So evil has different hybrid, flawed, full, etc
