I made png portraits ai generated
PNG drafts.
it looks blurry on web,
right click , save img as , you can get sharper original imgs
made with photoshop filters and stable diffusion
prompt : ,intricate,detailed,beautiful,d&d,by daniel f. gerhartz,[by lovis corinth]
you can use these pngs freely.
crop to 58x64 (big size) , 48x32 (small size)
change RGB to Indexed Color
Palette: choose anything. recommend : adaptive, Local Selective, master selective
Colors: 255 (not 256)
Forced: Primaries
no transparency
Dither : Diffusion
Amount : 1~100% ( put any number you want, higher is more noisy )
Preserve Exact Colors checked
convert .png to .pcx

Some of them looks a bit colorful for me but I really like some of "clerics" are made near the end.

A while ago I was playing with artflow.ai to try and create some portraits, but getting several bases and elements was the best that I achieved.
Most of these can already go into the game as they are, with only a couple of minor fixes and/or adjusting the colours. The poses and face shapes are really good.
If you aren't bored yet, please post again if you create more. I'm curious what this AI is capable of.

Maybe not all, but for sure there are at least few very good portriets that would fit h3 game great.
Good job, would be cool if you started to work with different modding teams like hota/dor , cause id like to see them in playable form.
