Editing HOTA settings

Is there a simple way to edit the new mechanics in Hota? For example, restore necromancy back to its original values.

Furthermore, is there a simple way to do this without downloading anything extra, i.e. directly from the Hota directory/launch.

No. HotA is not (easy) moddable add-on for multiplayer purposes.

Is there a way to do it using a Hex editor? I saw something on this forum before with hex values and how they can be changed to edit settings. But I did not understand how to do it myself.
