my routine refined over decades (6ft 2in tall):

5-7am: wake, stretch & sunrise meditation.

8am: first - half cup yogurt w/ l. rhamnosus, 1/4 cup wild blueberries & teaspoon lemon juice.
second - 2 eggs.

noon: first - half cup yogurt w/ l. rhamnosus, 1/4 cup wild blueberries.
second - half pound egg noodles w/ 1.5 cups chickpeas, 1/4 cup ev olive oil, teaspoon lemon juice, tablespoon salt, tablespoon paprika, black & red peppers.

2:30pm: first - half cup yogurt w/ l. rhamnosus, 1/4 cup wild blueberries & teaspoon lemon juice.
second - cup of pecans.

6-7pm: jog/walk.
7pm: cup of chamomile tea.

7-8pm: stretch & sunset meditation.

8:30pm: first - half cup yogurt w/ l. rhamnosus, 1/4 cup wild blueberries.
second - half pound egg noodles w/ 1.5 cups chickpeas, 1/4 cup ev olive oil, teaspoon lemon juice, tablespoon salt, tablespoon paprika, black & red peppers.

usually asleep around 10pm.

costs less than $15 bux a day, and meals take less than 20 mins to make.  uncannily the flavors never get old, i look forward to every meal.

i experiment a little (like when my lady wants to play all night long), but at this point the less i deviate the more like a god i feel. i seem to run circles around everyone?

This weekend, I prepared some delicious hamburgers using a simple but tasty recipe. First, I toasted the brioche buns and made a homemade mayo-mustard sauce for that extra tang. Then I layered fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and pickles, ready for the patties. I grilled the patties for about 4 minutes on each side, seasoning them with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and a touch of paprika.

It is very important to use high-quality meat. For mine, I used Kirkland's grass fed beef patties, which I found out from an article about Costco frozen hamburgers. Also, there is described their cooking process.

Bouquet of vegetables

cauliflower and sting beans both cooked in salt water with bit fried breadcrumbs and melted vegan butter or olive oil;
cooked potatoes in salt water;
red beets cooked in salt water then fried on bit of oil with bit of flour and water and bit of lemon juice, salt, black pepper; could be mixed with some horseradish
frozen carrot (here mixed with green peas but its better without) mashed then fried on bit of oil with bit of flour mixed with water, salt, black pepper
