I'm playing Earth with now! When good team, I always used Air and Water.. I built scouts are Earth.. So think about on the battlefield needs Air, Water and Fire.. Then +8lvl creatures and dragons.. Then Slow and blind can't cast anything.. Black Orb can't help.. Such is WoG/ERA.. Ok then I played the most random maps and 3DO maps in Difficulty Mod now.. So those maps I noticed that Air and Water doesn't enough.. Scouts were slowly.. Think about Isra, etc are also slowly.. I took an Earth back and it worked much better than scouts fight against.. I changed scouts cast a Armaggedon back.. All old skills are back.. But more OP: Wisdom, Earth, Water*, Air, Diplomacy**, Tactics, Offense, Armorer, and then Logistics and Pathfinding in 10 skills by WoG/ERA.. Ok *Fire, if evil team and **Necromancy, of course.. What's the more OP? A old Earth and Air, now I added on Water or Fire depends on team.. When think about Armor of the Damned and Recanter's Cloak to Stronghold.. Then Stronghold's heroes try to find a Resurrection, TP, etc It works on MP, but I played Difficulty Mod, etc It doesn't worked well also where we can find it? Only mapmakers maps.. So Earth is for sure now..  Yes later on I try other things.. An important what you love PS, Tome of Earth or 5lvl spells.. My bro said it's three the best alternative to every players.. When JVC/3DO asked again in H4 GS campaign what your belonged?.. Hexis was used every three.. In H4 you find a love is your magic schools in Mage Guild.. Yeah PS is a dangerous.. Thus gaining power, etc Remember three matter.. One problem to you are using 8 skills in the HotA.. And we are using 10 skills..

Yeah I meant secondary skill.. Excellent DD! Earth map sounds like an Earth world something.. Deepest level in Earth.. Slow, Force Field, Resurrection, Town Portal, Implosion..
