He was a foreign agent and agitator, used and paid by the CIA through NED (National Endowment for Democracy) proxy, to subvert order and regime in Russia (enforce "democracy"). But seriously, openly challenging the results of an election is not a crime in the USA. That would obviously be a huge problem if it was. Trump is not the only person to have done that btw. A Democratic gubernatorial candidate in the state of Georgia just recently did the same thing, and she of course has the right to make an appeal in court and they can hear the evidence. The radicalized judges in Colorado decided to kick Trump off the ballot but that was overturned 9-0 in the Supreme Court because their legal argument was completely ridiculous. It was based on a half-baked interpretation of the 14th amendment that prevented Confederate politicians to run for office after the civil war, which is totally different from challenging the results of an election. People of any party always have the right to appeal.
