When Hero Moves, Mouse click "C" (Spellbook) Problem

I updated to HotA 1.7.1. However, during gameplay, whenever I move or click the mouse, it always opens the spellbook ("c").
I deleted and reinstalled it cleanly, even installed the oldest version without updating it, but nothing changed.
I bought a new mouse and tried other mouses, but the issue persists.
Windows 10, PC
only during move on map.
I played without HOTA version and no problem. but as soon as install HOTA, problem continues.

Thank You!
