Hello!
Ok I offered and ate chicken pot with 3 breads.. When very rare potatoes are available in Georgia, thus breads.. Ok food, but my friends gave 4/5 and 5/5.. I and friends offer in others.. Yes Georgian restaurants multiplied like rabbits.. I'm joking.. First Turku, and then Tampere, today in many cities.. A famous Georgian stews.. You can do at home.. We already talked about it..

Have you ever stayed in London, because I did, three times. They have adequate kebabs, too. I wouldnt consider that English cuisine either.
This is how I see it:
Jamaican beef patties are not American cuisine because you cannot typically buy locally prepared beef patties in a supermarket or farmer's market. You have to go to a Caribbean restaurant. Or at least that has always been my experience.
Sushi is most definitely American cuisine, because it is ubiquitous to the culture and supermarkets across the country frequently have a section where they prepare and sell their own sushi, including many of their own variations and twists on it. If it is part of the broader culture instead of to very specific ethnic restaurants, then it is a part of the national cuisine.
London is often ranked by critics as a top city for pizza. They have a LOT of pizzaries too.
Well, we don’t completely disagree on that. But I’d rather use widespread homecooking as a criteria (as I already did above) because supermarkets today sell ethnic/global food also. I can also buy sushi on a supermarket but I dont consider it part of Turkish cuisine, at least not yet. On the other hand, if something’s called a “California Roll” I guess, it is safe to say it is part of the U.S. cuisine.

I dont think (?) Japanese households usually make sushi at home. It is a pain in the neck to prepare unless you are making large quantities of it.
Fried chicken is American cuisine, but deep frying stuff at home is annoying and it makes a mess. People usually just buy it. I did it one time in my kitchen and that was enough for me.

Fair enough. Things like small local diners etc. can also count. The point is industrial food chains, malls or fancy cosmopolitan restaurants are not a good metric to measure how localized a type of food is.

There is Mediterranian cuisine - and then nothing.
Asian cuisine MAY be fine - but that depends totally on the restaurant. There are really fine Indonesian restaurants in the Netherlands. Korean, Indian depends, Chinese in my country is crap.
British cuisine is crap. There isn't US cuisine. You could name regional stuff like creole cuisine, but then you'd have to go with provincial Mediterranian stuff as well, like Ligurian cuisine.

Not crazy about Indian, Chinese or Mexican style. Turkish and Italian are more to my liking. I didn't get an opportunity to try French cuisine, though I'd like to.

Pray tell? Ive never had it
I grew up with an Italian mother so Mediterranean cuisine is sort of boring to me now (although that term seems rather vague as it covers a lot of area and cultures). Re pasta: egg noodles or bust. However the food in Israel is one of the most memorable aspects of my visits there; you can't go wrong with hummus and fish at every meal, and oily halva that's not too sweet.
