Tunnel from southern Delaware to New Jersey and it is ABSOLUTELY STUPID that this one has not already been done. Get off of your ASS and get it done. It would be a straight shot up the coast to NYC to promote tourism and redirect some traffic from DC and Philly. Degenerate morons.

Canal from Mediterreanan to the Dead Sea. This isnt as retarded as it sounds. Bringing in a large supply of water with much lower salinity will make it habitable for fish. It will pay for itself within a few years and then? Profit. It doesnt even need to be a big canal, which will drastically reduce the cost.
