Try switching to the "old view" or style. I couldn't make much sense of the newer version either.

There's a different problem. It's like the whole site has gone down! (I can't even see Photobucket posted pictures anymore)
btw, is this happening only to me? Or it's a site problem?

Photobucket is great at resizing... But it still says its about 9 kB
I would like help or instructions or hints or money...

Actually if you Right-click it and select 'properties' it says 5.81 Kb
btw, what's the limit?

Don't worry about the file size, it can be compressed a little through IrfanView with no quality loss.

Here is a resized and colour-reduced version, also added a frame for the nicer effect. Size is 2.8 kb which is well within allowed limit.
