Time to let 3do know what issues require attention.


I think the more of us that email or call 3do with the problems
that require addressing by the support staff the better chance they will stop ignoring us. Or at the very least  just get an idea of what is going to be fixed and what isn't and when???

There's gonna be a guild interview with fan submitted questions happening very soon, hopefully some of these things will be adressed, and hopefully some copies or juicy excerpts of the guild-members only interview will make it into circulation (*nudge*, *nudge*).

You arenīt posting this to actually *make a change*..

You are posting this to vent your anger and frustration about Heroes4, hoping to get support from others, I think.

Well I donīt like that game either. It sucks.

But.. 3do will never fix it. They are a *bad* gaming company. They donīt care about customers. If they did they would have.

1. Included the multiplayer patch with the original release.
2. Made a *good* game instead of a Happy-Happy-Joy-Joy adventure game (I wanted strategy)
3. Been more communicative and understanding in general.

So this is what will happen:
1. Nothing.
2. A patch that fixes 2 or 3 bugs.
3. An expansion pack with random map generator (maybe)
4. Another expension pack.


They donīt want your satisfaction. They just want your money. And they dont listen.

So I suggest u play any of these:
1. Neverwinter Nights
2. Warcraft 3
3. Risk at www.dominationgame.com

ive been itching to make a special post on ToH

Reason why I did not reply to this post, because contacting 3d0 would fall on deaf ears.

Since I do not kiss 3d0's butt... I thought I should make an 'inside' info story on what went on behind the scenes with homm4 and how it got into trouble.  It shows who/what and where and how and why the homm4 game was so delayed, and all the firings and troubles of 3d0 that led to a great game being suffocated.  If posted on the ToH mainpage, pretty much anyone in the online community for homm4 would have read it within a few day.

I am no friend of 3d0, but many who lost their jobs have filtered enough of what really happened.

Im going to bite my tongue though and not post this 'anti-kissass reality report' though, because we need more patches for homm4, and all I need is them to retaliate somehow and elmininate the small chance of future patches and kill the game.

On a somewhat related note I wrote a message about the Kingdom Overview bug to customer-support@3do.com (oxymoronic perhaps) and got this reply about a week later:
