Btw... How would you handle good morale and poor morale?

Personally, I very much liked the way how morale was handled in HOMM3 I realize that this was changed in HOMM4 to make the battles less random in outcomes (high morale+luck meant quick eradication of enemies in HOMM3 while in HOMM4 it is more of a conserving force).

An interview at the M&M guild points out that HOMM5 will be back to the old HOMM3 days. This can't be but bad...
