I think that Communism has too many "negative perceptions" already established in people's minds across the planet to be truly accepted. Not to mention the fact that it doesn't work either...in practise, anyways.  So, if I were to lead the world, I would do so using existing organisations and governments. I would improve the wheel, without reinventing it...so to speak.
Therefore,I would say that my coolest job would be GLOBAL Monarch/Dictator/President/Prime Minister/Leader, all rolled into one...make that "Manheim Steamrolled" into one!
