Newbie Installation Question

I have been unsuccessful in getting the MSN Gaming Zone to recognize HOMM3 on my computer after repeated attempts.  I have installed the game to Crogram Files3DO as instructed in the Library of Enlightenment.  I also uninstalled and reinstalled the MSN Gaming software as instructed as well.  I still have the same problem.  Any other steps that I might take to resolve this problem?  (Incidentally, I am using HOMM3 Complete.  Might this be contributing to the problem?)

I appreciate any assistance you might be able to offer.  Thank you.

I did follow the help instructions at this site but it did not resolve my problem.  I am not sure whether using HOMM3 Complete coupled with Windows XP as the operating system is the problem or not.

I also researched FAQ at MSN Games online which suggested erasing a particular temporary internet file, which I did, but this didn't help either.  It figures that I would encounter some freak situation in getting this to work.
