Ryland BUG
Hello 
I don't know how many of you use the WOG pics for heroes III, but I have used them for a while. In case you aren't aware, they replace the hero pictures in H3. You can see them in the avatars for TOH's Native Hero for instance. I like them and think that they look better than the ones which came with the game.
However, I did discover a bug with them. Whenever I would get Ryland in a game that game would be bug infested and I would get find myself getting kicked from the game for no reason. At first I didn't realize it was Ryland who was causing this but just dismissed it as normal bumps which happen. But then I realized this would happen all the time when I had Ryland. I had a hunch it may be some problem with the WOG pics I was using, so I decided to do some investigating.
What I found was that one of the pics for Ryland was an incorrect size. It should be 58x64 pixels, but Ryland's pic was only 58x62 pixels. This is what was causing the bug.
The pic name is hpl019rn.pcx which is in the heroes 3 data folder. If you use the wog pics you may want to use a graphic prg to resize it and resave the pic. I did and no more Ryland bug

Thanks for catching this. I uploaded the new zip for Ryland with the updated pics. I will update the all in 1 zip later but have no time right now. Also you might be glad to hear I am currently working with another WoG team member on a whole new set.

no cart, no dd, no fly, no lvl 4 starting hero, no 4th and 5th scrolls, no necro, meet wk 1 restart, no wood n ore restart, NO DIPLO !

and personally i dun care if opp gets a lvl 4 hero to start, ill kill it anyway
