what bacharakis is trying to clumsily say is that he has reserved a house ( so no lodging fees for his h4 buddies) and he has a fridge full of beer and other goodies, payed a few strippers to join the party ... and bought a new pair of glasses just to look nice for us

I had a fantastic time in Greece last summer. I went to Athens for a few days and then to Mykonos, and off to Beirut.
However, I think that you will have to improve your marketing strategy to attract more people.
Take the ToH hotseat tourney for example.......now that's marketing!! (you should know what I am referring to by now, cause I have already referred to this 3 times)

For the average income earner, Mykonos is too expensive if you ask me, especially since Greece adopted the Euro.
A tyipcal breakfast, i.e. scrambled eggs, 2 toasts, and orange juice would cost about 10$ us dollars. Dinner with 1 bottle of wine: $140 US dollars 
i guess that is the price to pay for a haven......it's astounding over there. One day, if I go back, I will most likely visit Santorini for the Volcano.
When did you go there?

I will take Sambuca over Ouzo any day. Santorinni is great you can sit on the black sand beaches from the volcano.
