Clan Question
Some of the bonuses and artifacts say things like;
Quote:
Start with 1 Air, Water, Earth or Fire Portal placed near town.
or Quote:
Allows the placement of one Parapet (gargoyle dwelling) near town.
Do they get placed on the map as neutral, so that the player has to flag (and fight) them? Or are they placed on the map already belonging to the one player?
I've heard a few different answers to this by people in clans so I was hoping Ves (Or Jinxer) could give me an official ruling. Thanks.

Definitely NEUTRAL
They have to be captured & flagged by player.

Sometimes haveing to put all those stupid extra artis all over is annoying. You should just agree to give them all to the starting heroes right away for both players. That way you save a bit of time. I mean your just going to have to send little level one's out to get them anyway. That way people don't have disagreements about where there placed.
