Ever think that time could go slower on a different planet of different mass, speed or orbit?

Time would probably be the same, but if it was lower gravity on the planet people would probably move alot slower to avoid going off into space.
Like on our planet, things that move really fast often fly away.. like birds.. planes.. stuff like that.. cars that crash.. but never a snail!
Then we have the things that move too fasy.. like space rockets. Those things fly so fast that they are like: "WOOOOOOOOSHSHSHH!!!" and they are outta here! Straight off into space.
So Im guessing that is what might happen if u started walking too fast or something if you were on a really low gravity planet. And that wouldnt be any fun, cause uŽd like.. see the planet and think: "oh.. didnt I use to live there?" and then youd not be sure cause your brain would be freezing. So then youd like to call your neighbour and ask, but you wouldnt have a phone, and that might make u sad.

LordTitan:Yes,on some other planets days and nights and years go slower/faster,on Phobos,one of Mars's moons,days and nights switch every 10hrs,while on Jupiter,one day can be more than what is a year on earth,the difference comes from the size of the object(the larger it is,the longer the day/night is) and distance from the sun(the farther it is,the longer the years)
Saruman:Yes,I've heard about that too.Perhaps the scientists are mistaken,maybe the big baing was over 13,000,000,000 yrs ago,maybe 15-16 or more,or maybe the older stars are actually younger,don't know.Of course,the big baing is just a theory,they haven't actually poven it,just its the best suggestion now

Whinie:True,and as I said,cats can analize things faster,and make things seem slower,they calculate time and figure out tactics,cats are quite amazing animals actually(I don't like dogs)

silx87, I meant does time go slower. I know the years are shorter and longer and all that but does time it's self change in any way?

How do you know animals have a sense of time?
..hmm..how do i know they don't LOL
Suppose we just made the wrong definition for time or is there a definition?
I mean ..what kinda person came up with seconds and minutes, etc? And what would the world look like if no-one thought of it
OHHH I know..the whole world would be GREEK!!! LMAO

the daylight savings thing was Franklins idea mehtinks...to save precious time of daylight so ppl could work more...
seconds and minutes are Galileis "invention"...
