Congrats to Targan who is the first player to capture a 2nd land. !!!
Also I added a 2nd tactical map, this one shows the players on each land. 
We still need land names from alot of players.

hey jinx. on that 2nd map with the names, i suggest maybe having the "invadable names" highlighted or distinguished in some way.

I maybe can't read the rules right :-)
But do you loose your home land if you attack someone?
Because I tried to invade Targan and lost and now I don't have any home land.

when defender wins, he should get like 1 pt and..
when attacker wins, 1.5 pt
all im saying is there MUST me some difference,
between _sitting on my buttland and playing having bonuses
_risking to play by challenging otherlands, with opponent having the bonus.
and, plz clarify if one can challenge a land ANYwhere on the map.
i think only adjacent is supercool.so one will have to struggle his way through tactical map..and not jumping around, here and there!
..some order plz, jinx?

I only problem with making it ONLY adjacent can fight is that every match played would be forced. So a land that has 4 lands adjacent all those players couldnt fight each other at once. So some players would have to stay idle waiting on someone to fight. With the current setup if a player on opposite side is willing to accept challenge then you can still play etc.
As for the Challenge or be challenged issue. You will never win the tourny if you dont activly try to expand. i.e. Insatiable. you sit on your land and meanwhile Targan will take all other lands besides yours and before long it be 23 lands Targan 1 Land Insatiable. Then Targan wins. etc. See my point. Plus if you challenge someone maybe you are stronger on there map... I am sure this tourny is not perfect.
And I am all up for this tourny running as a Democracy. So if I get enough people voicing opinions on something they think needs changed then I can change it.

nah jinx.. starting the tourn is cool..
just, activity is low suddenly..may take a while to start rolling.
as for rules..i duno.
maybe jinx is right, one may stay idle if only adjacent.
..on other hand, why rush it?
as for invadable lands..if owners can say not to a player NOT in tourney..he may never have chance to get in?
like teacher..why say yes to a teacher invasion?
i duno.
Bottom line is, we ll accept any rule given.
..i just throw in some thoughts, now that still day1.

I don't like insatiable's rules. Remember I am a squire and there is a footman more. And we are surrounded by lords. Neither of us would like to fight them. I insist on fighting any land that accepts challleges not only the adjanced lands. I think I have learned my map and I will be ready to defend it in a week's time or so! Hope I don't get killed by Valkirica and the other guy!

each land connects to several.
since you feel confident on your landmap..once/if you kill your first,while defending, that means you ll have his land.
so you ll connect to several other lands=new players to challenge.
most competitors are more experienced than you anyway.
be a man about it.
lol i mean if a tourny dont have special rules and restrictions..its called freechallenge! so why bother?

That's what your bonus is for, to give you a small advantage over your opponent. You still have to fight those lords.
And yes, poor teacher, who would play him if they could refuse? No point in playing him in this tourney, they wouldn't get any land
