WoG Newbie :)
hi all,
oki, i'm thinking i might give wog a go, but i have 1 main question.
by installing wog patch (into 4.0) will i still be able to play regular games on zone without un-installing wog, or do i need to have 2 seperate versions. i think i said that correctly lol.
so, if i play against a roe player, will game auto detect and just play 1.4?

just to be sure...u should make a copy of your homm directory and install wog into that one instead....

Why?? I had no problems with using the orginal folder with heroes complete??

Yes once you install wog you can still play regular heroes in the zone. WoG has it's own exe and the zone looks for the homm3.exe not the h3wog 1. I actually made 2 bat files so that you can change the wog exe into the h3 one so that you can play wog in the zone. And if you want to play h3 in the zone just run the other bat file and it changes everything back

oki, i found it, np
but every time i try to download "all in one" patch i get error on site! i am signed in as well, son duno what the problem is. can some1 post the patch here maybe ?

the patch is 30 megs maxi we can't post it here LOL but try it again if you get the error hit back and then forward again and all should work....fileplanet can be somewhat stupid sometimes.
