Okay, I was thinking of a whole NEW Tournament - like Tournament vs. Tournament kind of War, well its an idea I had when reading some posts, maybe bring tournaments together rather than splitting them up, Wars on zone etc just not helping anything, IMO I think each person should be civil towards any other tournament players regardless of who they are or what Tournament they are from  also there would be a lot of fun in this if it could be made to happen kind of goes like this:
1.) Each Tournament has 1 month to produce 20 of their best (Active Only) Players, kind of start a new tournament within there tournament so players can begin play to win their place in the WAR, give 1 weeks notice of the tournaments Beginning!
There will be no need for cheaters as the final wars (After Teams Have Been Settled) would ALL be monitored by a chosen mutual Host, yes, every game! So no tournament would be doing themselves any favors allowing cheaters!.
2.) The 20 players from each Tournament then join the league, they play 1 player from each Tournament 2 times in the WAR/Season, lets say 1 point for a win and 0 for the loss, simple!
3.) Each WAR Game would be assigned a random (tested) template lets say “Temp17” which would be picked using the old numbers system  you would get a friend of each person to tell the other friend a number between 1-10 1st to get it chooses Temp Number and the loser could pick color, each friend of course would verify the number.
An Idea before I forget: Those Noobs that really want to learn could be great 3rd Party Hosts, also gaining knowledge at the same time, so they benefit from watching, maybe they could sign up for the job of 3rd Party Hosting, I’m sure a lot would, I myself am always asked things when I’m in the zone, what better than to let them learn by watching? Ack! After writing this I’m not too sure it’s a good idea although possible, they would need to have some knowledge of the game to catch the cheat, anyway, maybe this a bad Idea, I don’t know, but its another idea.
I have no idea of prizes, If any, maybe just the fun of the challenge be good enough, it would for me.
That’s about all I can muster up right now its 5:30 am LOL – Maybe I’ll add some more when I can think a little more or perhaps you yourself have some suggestions?
Something I’d just like to see happening and WORKING – Would be fun and maybe help revive Heroes a little more than it is also bring the Heroes Community a little closer, we all know zone been poor lately with 26-40 players playing, I’ll post this Idea on the other boards also, maybe get some feedback/suggestions.

Actually it could be a cool idea if we could get it active and other tournament admins would go for it

would AIR go for it ?
would WIZ? maybe wiz would and pandora would for sure, just think HL r so anti everything they wouldnt!
Survivors was a huge flop. Still waiting to get my games played.
I think the only way something like this could work and all the h3 tourneys to take part, is if an Host for the tourney was not 1 of the 4 h3 tournaments, maybe some1 like Celestial Heavens lol. If some1 like AngelSpit would set it up, so it didnt look like this was a ToH tourney, then maybe all the h3 tourneys would take part.

What about my WoG tournament site. I am associated with WW and MAH and soon Bastards I hope. So they are all pretty respectful of my site. IF the others want to I can run it. And almost anything I do is supported by CH since I am under them. Angelspit would have a say in it. But CH is way too busy to do something like this where I can spend the time to update. Just my thoughts.

that may work, if ur site take control. but also if CH could maybe help promote it on there site and forums etc etc. may even help bring the overall zone activity up and introduce new ppl to multi-player h3, as from reading CH forums, may have never tried MP !

Well, we have one Tournament Interested, I have looked on the other boards (WW, HL, Bastards) where I posted same idea, have had reply from WW, they already have Survivor Tournament (similar) still in play, but they like the Idea, so we have a start, maybe this can work!

Hehehe, this is the Idea Max, no Tournament participating hosts it, it would be like your suggestion, it would be run from someone totally Mutual (Maybe Gangrail's ) kinda like "The Tournament Of Tournaments".

Great Stuff Gangrail Excellent !!! I guess theres still some things that still need to be implemented (Rules, Maps/Templates, etc.) but I think this could hapen.
I know there will be alot of work needed, maybe get some helpers, I myself cannot commit any time to it unfortunately, barr playing of course as I dun think I have the time, just the idea. so IMO all there is to do is sort out rules give them to the tournaments interested and let them advertise it etc, then ADVERTISE It on MSN Zone and Message Boards, Maybe HL Has members from different chatrooms they could maybe get the news to them, but we yet to hear from HL.

Yes Max, its sounds good and I agree theres prolly thousands of Heroes players that havn't yet experienced HOMM3 Online and thats the real aim, to bring them into the game!!! - The Heroes Population MUST Grow !!! We, The Heroes III Players need to help out also, we could post Url's/Links to the tournaments (ALL) on the zone, help people discover what we have in Heroes!
EDIT: ObiDonKenobi, I think you'll find heroes a whole new battlefield, Its not like Black Hawk Down.

i think 1st a host should be sorted out.. then the host should invite all the tournaments heads/directors to see if they will participate.
the H3 Masters Invitational or something hehe

I really like the idea
Honestly speaking,right now myths tourney is completely isolated from the rest of the community (due mainly to excessive bickering,unhealthy antagonism,and intolerance).
If myths doesnt break the isolation really soon ,i think that this season will be the last of the tourney.
Most of the players dont have a real motive to play for points anymore and climp to the top, because the tourney is too small and also there are too few TOP players around to play with.
The only solution in order to save Myths is to cooperate very closely with other tournaments ,and even merge with them!The russian heroes 3 community can be very crucial to myths revival if we could stop the antagonism with them and try to participate to a united supertournament.Thats all for now

You know the reason why Survivor failed was because of the players that Wiz picked which about 3 I find dishonerable & a couple others someday never came on zone again & only a few finished.
I took over & did my part but no game there hehe.
if we do have a somehow a bracket tourney which players from 2 dif tournies play in, then the Administrators should pick trustworthy players where they know they will get thier games done.
Like look on the map masters tourney & make a decision.
Many players play in pretty much all of the dif tournies.
So they will choose who they want to represent.
Lastly this wont be stealing any ideas because we are sharing it hehe.

Well....I haven't been to HC in ages, but was directed here by Titan tonight so I better post. lol
Wiz & Caly are going to be away from a computer for approximately 6weeks as they are in the process of moving and are without a ISP server at this time. I will forward the information on to them when I talk with them tomorrow, but a joint-venture tournament with WWHeroes will probably have to wait until their return.
Also...to Aculias "Doc was caught in a severe thunderstorm on Sunday & we almost lost his Van in the process, not to mention him." He is sorry he wasn't able to meet you for yall's game, but spending 3 days trying to retrieve the van from a sunken road took priority.

If this tournament becomes a reality we will need active players! And if you want in, then you will need to be active, hehe.
