this artifact simply say....... your magic hero is dead, All what a magic hero does is casting spells, and if you remove the spells...it's dead...so the orb of peace would be EQUALLY killer to a might hero as the red orb is for magic heroes... Same go for reecanter's cloack..
Really even without those magic heroes are already hurt on randoms with the mage guild random factors , the lack of wells, and the huge stacks of cretures...why you people allow such an artifact that kills half of the heroes of the game? i would even ban pendant of negativity
So what happens if one player gets orb of peace and the other gets orb of inhibition. how are the units actually going to fight at all.Or did somebody allready ask?

ON first place, it was sarcasm, i think orb of ihnibition is as stupid as the orb of peace idea. second, if there is a few towns on the map, there will be a map control, there will be a point where the hero with the orb of peace will have so much units since it could control the map, that can drop the orb of pece fight the might hero and end the game, that will take...emmm, like 8 months

yup, it's a question I did not (and will not) reply. I don't feel myself obliged to comment every idea somebody comes up with. If I'd agree with you, I most probably would have let you known though.
All I wanted to do is express the perfect irony of Lich's post & your reaction - QP well deserved
