Luck directly proportionel to skill of oponent?@
Well this has been bugging me for somewhat longer now.
I always seem to be getting huge amounts of luck on artifacts/heroes/conservatories etc when i play ehh less skilled people.
But when I play a vet I usually have to do it with a second rated hero (u know what i mean .. 8 heroes .. 3 eagle eyes..1 navigation, 1 money, 2 necro's and a so and so might hero like jabarkass with inferno).
Great example .. played this guy last night on a random L.
Both rampart.. Ivor for him ... me 6 th hero was tazar.
Day I discover two crypts, 3 conservatories (4 in day 3) and a nice area.
Untill a friend msg'ed me in the zone telling me that ehh i am playing ehh "less skilled player" (staying nice in my choice of words huh?).
Seems to be like this always.
Is it just selective perception of my side or do u have similar experiences?

Sandblast ..Castle with Sir mullcih . Black dragon in camp week 2 day 5 game is over!@
Bah shoudl have had that black dragon when I played xarfax on DW.. but then I always get skeletons or something.

He's too polite to post it, but his game against me on Sandblast would follow a similar vein, lol.
He had Crag Hack and Dessa at the start, enough said, lol.

hehe, sounds like a variation of Murphy's Law.
maybe that phenomenon you're describing is often only your anticipation. you feel you're gonna win the game "anyway", so every advantage (good hero, good camp) seems like an unnecessary bonus. from a neutral point of view, you're luck might be not that overwhelming (arties, spells, etc.) in reality.
or maybe Murphy really hates you 
From my personal experience, I once had a game with Qu_Purple and I thought I'd win easily. We played hg3 I had my Pit Lord bonus, starting to horde demons from day 1. I had great island relics (relating to the topic here hehe) and thought I was doing pretty ok, so I decided to attack right away, without taking tope or visiting joiner area. When I was a few steps away from her main, I checked tavern and found he had similiar stats. Unfortunately several level 7s wanted greater glory, so it looked like a fest game rather than a normal map. And hell, did she slaughter me

Hexa I guess ya're not right..
it's just that when playing a good player... you think that doesn't matter how much luck you get.. it's never enough
