To join TOH
Click on the tournament of honor link on top of each page here, register, and start reporting your losses to other TOH players at the website.
OOPS! You report wins too, just forgot that since I don't think I will ever have any to report
Usually lots of TOH players on the Zone too

No, there is a button for reporting your win or loss, you put in who you lost to and what map. When they put in who they beat and map, the site auto updates your rankings. It is not as complicated as it sounds actually.
OR
You could sign up, play me, and report your win!

Well, I did learn one thing!
Hire heroes! You are not going to do very well in most maps with only your starting hero, no matter how good he/she is. Like I said, I have a LOT to learn about playing other people. I honestly think every TOH member plays better than the computer. Who knows, maybe one of these days I will have to learn how to report a WIN! (But don't count on it)

I can join even tomorrow, but at the help in the ToH site it says that you should have a P2. I have P 200 MMX . Will it cause some problems?

I don't relly know anything about him, but I saw at the ToH home page, that he's a leader of a clan. This MUST say something.

Andiangelslayer?
He can't be that good. Afterall he was only ranked the 31st best player in season 2. And somehow he managed to jump a few spots in season 3 to be the 8th highest ranked player. Sounds like a guy who doens't know how to play to me. I mean there was only a 2000 or so players in season 3 alone. Being the 8th highest ranking player can't mean your good.
Perhaps that explains my reluctance in challenging him for a game.

Ah - if this reflects your HOMM experience and standard, I think you may find a lot of useful information and ideas at The AstralWizard's Learning Stone:
http://www.astralwizard.com/heroes3/h3lstone.htm
Indeed, there are even useful tips at the site's Heroes2 equivalent:
http://www.astralwizard.com/heroes2/xanadu.htm
Unlike other Heroes sites, which often collect facts and pictures, the AstralWizard site collects a lot of the less obvious information - tips, strategies, etc. And MapHaven (URL below) is setting out to follow the same approach for Heroes 4.
(End shameless plug ... :-) )

P.S.
Yes; most online players *do* play better than the computer on normal and hard difficulty.
