Race: 6 (makes just a fogy view of them, not much is known of their worship, as well as their attitude to dragons, the idea of rune magic is not expaned- It would be nice if you would write anything about circumstances when they obtained it, also their first 2 special abillities sems unreal- they are magical(?)- I think they don't fit realistic (compered to older HOMM) world of Ashan)
History: 3 (obviously too short, no info of Dwarves origins)
Creatures: 9 (I personally don't like forged only units, generally nice. anyway giant seem like unit from Disciples)
Balance: 9 (seems preety good)
Originality: 7 (some original ideas, nice abillity of "sharpen blade")
Total: 34
To be more obiective I've decided to rate all dwarvish towns at once (simillary as Fargoeth did).

History: 6 very short, but still better than others i've seen.
Race: 9 Really nice I like how you mixed it and what came out (even though you took a good chunk of ideas from Age of Mythology)
Creatures: 9 Good creature lineup, liked the abilities
Balance: 8 , you had nothing to seriously upset the balance. Too much resistance imo, but that's one of the themes of the faction i guess
Originality: 7
Overall: 39, good faction

Judge rating: 30 or lower.
This entry feels like it is in draft stage. There is potential for development, but currently the history is insufficient, racial description lacks depth and the array of creatures seems incohesively thrown together.
Perhaps the focus has been too much on presentation and the content of the entry itself did not get sufficient development.
