Renders all your creatures Good and Evil. So they go under no good\evil penalties and get all good\evil bonuses

NEW ARTIFACTS:

Talisman of Rabbit, Rooster, Dragon ... 6 chinese talismans:

each: + 5 melee and ranged attack + 10 melee and ranged defence +2 movement and speed and special effect.

I know :

Tiger - +20 melee attack
Sheep - fly
Dragon - fire breath
Snake - poison
Rabbit - +3 speed
Rat - smallness (100% increase in ranged attack)

I'll tell the others tommorow (I think)!

+1 morale, luck, attck, defense, and speed to all creatures during a siege. Also let's them attack siege walls.

Artifacts don't coost like creatures. You can choose with which resource to pay, so a two resource cost is obsolete. It could be nice to buy artifacts using 2 resources, tough.

If your hero already has advanced or higher lvl Sorcery, the item will give him +10% to Sorcery skill and allow him\her to learn lvl 1-4 Chaos\Fire spells.
