New Smilies Proposal
i have a proposal for new smilies(using existing smilies or variations thereof, for uniformity). anyone can take part in creation, but everyone should vote after we have accumulated enough ideas for possible replacements or additions. 
here are my updated offers:
the names for these smileys are(from left to right, starting at top left):
"mad dog" or "crazy"
"hmmmm" (a new version, since the old one seems to be scornful)
"lord, the stuff i have to deal with"
"sorry, i'm retarded" (i have the feeling this one would be used exclusively by me.  )
"hello there"
"crafty bugger"
(don't have a name for this one)
"excited" or "wow"
"going crazy" or "losing it"
"disbelief"
"ohhhh yeahhhhh"
(don't have a name for this one)
"scared" or "fright" (to replace "lips")
"whatever"
"ffs"
"excited" or "wow" (better than my first attempt, i think)
let me know what ya'll think so far about the idea, and these smilies. i figure these are a long time in coming, since some of the existing smilies are never used, or don't make sense. besides, we could always use more ways to better communicate our intentions.

How did you make these?
I once spent a week trying to make a ":hmm :" smiley that was more thoughtful and less like a crotchedy :harumph!: than the current one

I just want the  smiley to not look like it's a person opening their mouth in shock, so people will stop using it when they should be using  .

yeah, the lips smiley is one of those that doesn't make sense, and could be replaced, imo.
@ fog: i have some others that i did more than a few pixel-fixes on, but i'm not finding them. maybe they're on an external; i'll expand my search.
edit: found the other 2 i made that were worthwhile, and added them to the op. also fixed some of the other ones.
edit 2: made 4 more.

One year ago, I proposed to Valeryi a new set of smiles, from russian wog forums, and they were possible to import, about 200 new smiles to drive everyone crazy.
Valeryi, give us new set of smiles. Please. Now.

While I'm in for an overall smiley renovation, I don't think these new ones match the existing ones in colour and style and frankly, most of them don't really add a lot to the existing ones either imo.

ummm... most of these are exactly the same color as the old ones, since they are made directly from the old, and use the same colors and designs. there are only a few that are different in color, and they blend with the other smilies that aren't just yellow, imo; because they reflect the emotion displayed.
