New Tournament Page ?!?!
Im practicing a bit building webpages lately and so i made a complete new version of the current subtournament Page. Please tell me what you think about it or if we should keep the old one.

alot better more too look at but one thang you can do is add dif creatured then just Crusaders & Genies.
You know like Gremlins & Imps hehe

...second one looks better. I personally like the style of the frames. All in all it looks very good.
Maybe a single crusuader to the left and to the right will look good.
Just only black as background shows some weekness. It helps to dont let other see some little faults, but a good background makes it look more precious. Just keep the background in the little frames black and search for a dark almost black background.

Motor I like the last version, but there is one little thing i do not like, and that is the headder. If you could add this banner to the top i would be so happy!!

Is it ToH or MaH ? I only ever see ToH, yet when I browse to the page it says MaH

i agree with tel , the "TOH" in the headline should be a must, i bet kitten just forgot it but i think that can be fixed in a second if that version will become the chosen one. (Im still sure that its "Tournament of Honor" and as Subtitle "myth and heroes" and not other way around )
players who read that plase make ur choice which of the 2 versions you would prefer or if we should adjust/improve one of the 2 versions. - currently they are just beta versions

That Dragon banner thingie is so out of place.
Too bright to not hurt eyes on that dark background.
I made something. You might like it.

I dig the Dragon banner, but it doesn't seem to fit. Agree it was too bright....or it could used if each cell used it in a verrrry light(more transparent too) fashion.
I like the last post banner, but would rather see the TOH in the background more transparent....do think the colors fit better for the page theme.
I didn't like the genie background, the pure black one looked best to me. No need for that other background.
Each of the tournaments I think should have the TOH removed.....example TOH Nations to read Nations. I am speaking of the right hand columns.
Lastly, I think the rows are too wide. Maybe make them a bit taller, but just make sure the page is seen well on a 14 inch monitor (usually 640x480) so people don't need to scroll to the right.

MaH Tournaments idea?
Say, I took to messing around a little bit just a little bit ago and well..........I will have to come back and delete this post, but here we go for a day or so anyhow Anyone likes any of this or wants to alter or whatever have at it. Just maybe some idearrrs? Hope you like some maybe.

First of all I would like to say that I really like most of the work that I have seen posted in this thread. And I sincerely hope that this will not offend anyone because that is certainly NOT my intention. There seems to be a debate on the table as to whether it is "Tournament of Honor" or "Myths and Heroes". Well that is kind of a difficult question but I WILL offer this much out there. If you look at the current tournament page and you see that image map on the left hand side with the queen knighting that guy? (you do see it right?) Well that was made by Ves, not Kitten or I. So was the header that is currently at the top of the default page and it reads as such
"Myths and Heroes -
Heroes of Might and Magic III - Tournament of Honor"
I don't know if that clears up the confusion or makes it worse. But basically it is both but mostly it's Myths and Heroes.
Granted we owe EVERYTHING to Ves and we NEVER forget that BUT all of the current creative juices come from Kitten and I (and Motor of course) and we are Myths and Heroes.

deth´s pics 3&7 looked good.
Also agree with him concerning the width of some pages, even me who has 1152* something has to scroll right sometimes. I think thats bad, the pages should be made for atleast 800*600 IMO.
