Special: Fire Dragons and their upgrades receive Frightful Aura. Thanes and their upgrades gain +2% damage for their Stormstrike or Flamestrike ability per hero level.
Skills : Destructive Magic, Defense
Necropolis
Asha, the spider goddess
Special: All undead in hero's army gain poison effect. Poison per creature is equal to half of the creature's tier (for example, each vampire will inflict a 2 damage poison).
Skills : Defense, Summoning Magic
Inferno
Urgash, the fallen god of chaos
Special: All demons in hero's army receive Fire Immunity and their attacks place Mark of Fire onto enemies.
Skills : Destructive Magic, Master of Fire

@Fauch maybe it is because of Defense, vitality skills. Defense can do wonders on every factions survivability.

But overall that are very good propostions for new heroes they only need a little tweaking

Gosh ,Master of Hellfire
Special: The Hellfire deals more damage and triggers more oftenly +1% per hero lvl, for every 10 lvl mana cost is reduced by 1
Skills: Hellfire, Destructive Magic
Spell: Fireball
Razor, Master of Blazing Stables
Special: The Hell Charger/ Hell Stalion/ Nighmtmare gain +1 to Att and Def for every three hero lvl starting at first lvl. It also increses chance for fear attack by 1%+Hero_lvl/5
Skill: Attack, Tactics
Sylvan
Nivle, The Lucky One
Special: The hero and its creatures have always +1 to Luck and 1% per hero lvl to magic resistance.
Skills: Luck, Magic Resistance

Demon Lord
Specialty: Power Surge
The hero recieves an amount of spell power = to 1/5 of the mana drained by familiar for every 10 hero levels. To a maximum of 20 Spell Power.
ie - at level 10 imps drain 50 mana hero recieves a boost of +10 spell power. At level 20 this would be +20 spell power.
Starting Skills
Destructive Magic -- Master of Fire
Spells - None.

Demon Lord
Specialty - Demons
Demons, Horned Overseers, and Horned Grunts recieve +1 att/def for every 2 levels of the hero. Moreover they recieve 1% bonus to there initiative for every 1 hero level after completing a special ability (Ie Leap, Explosion, Gating) This bonus only counts for the action following a special ability use.
Starting Skills
Mark of the Damned
Attack - Tactics
Army 3 stacks of approx weekly grown demons.

yeah the Champion of the Horn is great.
And Zeran could be an bomb an nuclear bomb(kill the Imps Asap or else boom)

doesn't seem to me, it boosts a lots of spells but the ability is still random. btw, I think I forgot to say it also boosts wheel of fortune from 1-3 chance to 2-4 chance

very possible, but hellfire would be so much cooler with the warlock. lots of power and additional elemental damage.
btw, I thought the most overpowered could be the strategist, but it seemed to be a cool specialization.
the imp specialist is a nice idea also.

If the hero wants to remain hidden for longer time it must perform Dark Ritual again.
