I've been following this mod for awhile, and I'm really impressed with your work. I can't wait for release.
That being said I am relatively new to the modding aspect of heroes I do have a few questions.
Is is possible to modify the town screen to fit the theme of the town better or even modify a different town screen, say academy or stronghold for example, and use that to replace the current screen?
Cam racial skills can be modified, even if not in mechanics but ascetically, to once again better fit the town theme?
Edit: I just saw the avenger and it looks PHENOMINAL.

As for the answers, nobody ever answered me a single main question (like my problems) in this thread 
So for the first question, i had the same riddle. I guess this could be done, or at least i'll try to do that for my town, but for now i don't know
As for the second question - i don't think you need to make another abilities and racial skills, i guess you could just give all of your units "immunity to mind control" and "enraged" for example and say that these are their racial skills Anyway good luck

I think you can choose any perk to be a racial perk, but you should probably check if they belong to several factions first.
for example, with fortress, you could have dwarf luck or runic armor as racial perks for example, I think. actually, anything that isn't already used by another faction.

Anybody knows how to translate polish word "Żerca" into english? I can't find it on the net. The "Żerca" was an ancient slavic priest, and he was doing sacrifices.

What's about "Sacrificer" or "Sacrificor"? It's kind of neologism I geuss. Also I don't think so "Żerca" was ever translated to another languages.

Your translations don't look stupid in english, because the "sacrificer" is already an english word meaning "ofiarnik" in polish, of course if you are a polish guy
Yet if i name the unit as sacrificer, it would mean that she only sacrifices so instead of that i'll just name her "misanthropist".

She looks nice, but don't you think that the creature you posted before (the Avenger) looks a bit strange ? It doesn't even has a face ^^

The avenger is a statue it has a suprise inside, and you'll need to play with it to see it

the only thing I'm interesting to do is converting to NCF.
I hope bugs are few.
you know, I'm able to use any NCF in any towns...so even NCF based they will be a faction for any towns of the game.

Me too, but i've found that the mask of the Mis... was going inside the head when doing some of the actions, so i made it go up instead i will repair that later

I suppose players want mod entirely completed. especially now when Heroes VI happens.
are you doing icons + descriptions?
boring to use creatures without that.
people may be tired to get uncompleted mods.
seriously, even I've been discouraged when I learned there are not icons+desc.....enough to not want to convert to NCF.
