Thanks deth for your understating, some things were said and not meant that way ( anger blinded some of us ), other things were said and misinterpreted by others ... see Agatha Christie here a.k.a. Jinxress.
I agree with all of you that what azure did was wrong, very wrong for that matter, but we need to get on with our "lives" not gossip like some cheap ladies everytime we hear about it, hc ruled, ves got upset and ruled too, we have to respect what they said and leave it at that.
@ tc : i hope you stop flaming romanians and calling us cheaters with every opportunity that arises, we were respectful to you on every occasion, even if we had reasons not to be (like disconnecting and cursing and coming back after weeks ...), so until you can back up those empty words of yours, i suggest keeping a diary for yourself, you can write there all your unlucky games ... and when you get the proof you have been waiting for all your life mail it to us, along with the diary and underline the matches you put down in pink please.
I wish to thank my parents, my brother, my record company and last but not least to you, Jinxer for entertainin' everyone with his righteous posts, all my heroes fans, without you I would have been in the shadows, nobody knowing me. Thank you and take care.
P.S. : i really want world peace

Clans was more of a pretext to start this thread, the thing that bothered me is that i am "being checked out" behind my back, when they should confront me with it, instead of gathering other people's opionions (as in any matter those will be divided amongst the players so no real outcome there)
I guess what i'm really asking here is they treat me as i would treat them, i think i respected them from the moment i joined TOH, as i did most of the players (or so i think), now i'm not saying they have been disrespectful with me, no, not until now, they have been doing a great work, a work they didn't have to do, but they're doing it anyway, i know it's hard, i know you're also humans, like most of us (though i don't know if you're naked like 80% of the community ).
Mike and Haile are on the point, as is laelth, insa and the other "speakers".
"Ratting on friends" is a tough situation. I know there are plenty I don't rat on myself. If it brings me trouble then I expect to pay the cost. I doubt I would harbor them if they murder someone though, so I guess it might be a matter of perceived severity for me. Mike be yourself careful or you could go to jail along with your friends ya know? Though, sometimes I would be willing to go to jail before ratting out a friend myself.
Valk, would it not be disrespectful if we had come asking questions about something that we thought probably not true? Indeed I was very taken back by the possibility that the information was true. Anyhow, we feel we should know what the heck people are saying is true as best as possible before we go talking directly to a player about a matter. Often times there is no need to upset a person when we follow rumors we hear about, but when the rumors seem to be telling then we email. Not all, infact not most, are as honest as you, and thus, we don't make it a habit to email first time we hear of something and just ask the player. Plus, as I mentioned already, sometimes matters are rediculous claims that would only upset a player if they were questioned since they clearly have no basis of truth about a dishonorable situation. [I have heard all sorts of lies in the past. Some are just slants on the truth and some 99%truth/1%error.] Hopefully this explains some of how we proceed on matters. I actually don't think we can treat people more fairly and honorably then we do, even though you may disagree. I can only say, that I am sorry you feel/felt as you did, for our concern and respect for you is very great. We care for all of ToH players (for the most part) in the same manner too. I think that you are quicker about talking/getting info then we maybe and that maybe caused some undue concern to you or the feeling of being disrespected. You did get LichKings email once we felt we needed to surely email I am certain. We still are trying to conclude this matter (now changed) today, hopefully.
The "speakers" are well on several points as you say there as well Valk.

Some guys need concrete penalties for breaking moral rules. Not giving them is a green card for posting stupid stuff like this. Not because this casts any good light on our decision, but just because I have always respected your thinking and it seems to be well thought through regardless of whether I may disagree; Well put.

Actually my microsoft photodraw I use to create that world map is corrupted on this system, and I've not been able to fix it. So there is a delay in updating the clan world map.

If new season starts that means every clan can acquire a presently lord/emperor, is that correct or will you keep a track of emperors/lords by their icons?
and my clan wants to free the lands played with braveheart's clan and won if possible, i know, it's not much, but i think it's best this way.

First of all I want to start off by saying I feel a slight bit of hero worship here. It seems that outta everyones posts in this thread, MY opinions seems to pack the BIGGEST punch and cause the biggest waves.
Yes Teacher it is true I have the classification of TOH Adminstrator. But I ALSO have the classification of Heroes 4 player also. Even tho I know Lich plays a game every now and then, I am pretty much the ONLY administrator that actually plays among the masses.
To be honest My status of Administrator is merely an honorary title at this point. Every now and then I get CC'ed with whats going on in the inner circle but by far opinions are not as deeply respected within the TOH admin circle as they used to be. When I started publically speaking of my opinions on Tournament matters as a Player...it seems that diminished my credibility and respect as an Administrator.
BUT just as Deth8 would rather go to jail then rat on a buddy, there were many of times I felt that I should be able to VOICE my opinion about a tourny that I play in. Yes I am administrator, but my administrator position holds no power or ability to boot anyone or give penalties. I have dedicated countless countless hours to TOH for the last 5 years. But does this mean I am not allowed to voice my opinion???
Teacher -- Yes me and you had a rather lengthy discussion, and yes I did listen to your explanation. But no matter what spin you put on the Azure/Brave thing, it was still morally not right. Thats the bottom line. Vesuvius spent thousands of $$ on this fancy automation that lists the maps people have played and lists the players people have played, it lists how often they win and how often then lose. Most players are spoiled now by this and check it before they agree to take on a challenger, Arangar pretty much touched on this already.
Anyways bottom line, teacher. I dont want FREE points, I dont want FREE lands. What I do want is " My wasted time back" Can you give that back Teacher?
Ultimately my opinion is just that my opinion.
To be perfectly honest I dont care if all 3 of you stay in TOH or not. I think the biggest issue that the majority of players are the most upset about it the fact that all 3 of you honestly dont think what you did was wrong. And have not offered an sincere apology.
I think if all 3 of you was to make a sincere apology and accept responsibilty for your actions, that would set alot better with the players.
It goes further to show your character Teacher that because Jinxer posts his opinion you fire right back with bashing me and my character.
To sum it up, I will just no longer post my opinions on this matter. Deth8 and Lich now that they have 100% of information will make the right decisions.

Most players that are at the top are usually like that Fear.
Why do you think they make another account, not because they cant get a game because of point hogging or because they want to play other players without using his high rank.
It's because they dont want to play him for his attitude .
