Be happy... no more AzureDragonTM
Well about this issue I really have something to argue about it... I think I will not accept this rule and if u feel that this is the corect rulling please remove me from toh and let all my clan mates alone. If making 2 accounts it's such a crime remove me because toh it isn't maybe the right place to be. Fist time u made me from Highest Honor - Average Honor ... I said ok I made a mistake and it was my penalty (though honor comes from what people who plays with u report). But now to kick all my clan mates from both clans it is not right. Yes I will take all the guilt here and I think removing me it will clear off all the guilt my clan mates from both clans. I also promise u I will never make a toh account again so please let them be and especially leave Valk alone cause is one of the most honorable player around. U'd better watch around and ask for trully not honorable players and leave the few HONORABLE players alone. I do not agree with that and if this is your oppinion please remove me from toh. And I'm sure this will be the case with both Hidden_dragon(werewolf) clans ... to make toh a better place without any "2 accounts criminals". I will also post this email on message board so all the "deceived" people there to witness my retairement. And about the fact Valk telling that he reported to Brave_Heart instead reporting to AzureDragon that were games only for clan wars (2 games) and Hero Torunament (1 game) ... the record is 3-0 easy to check ... that means there were no fake reporting since there were tournament games which Valk played against Brave_heart. All the other games played outside the tournaments were reported to Azure. I also heard the fact to have 2 accounts means to deceive your opponent ... cause he sees that u played a map lets say 1 time... and in fact u play it 10 times. What if I play 1 map 20 times with the teacher and never report to toh ? That means cheating also ? Cause I will decieve my opponent. In fact I know what happened ... my big mouth managed to anger a lot of so called players - which they thought I they can't beat me on battlefield... maybe that can beat me on the green table  .

Hello AzuredragonTM and Valkyrica,
It is unfortunate, to say the least, to have to write again regarding the
subject of your Brave_Heart account. Infact it sickens us because you are
both very respectable people. If this were not the case this issue would be
easily dealt with.
The problem is that the issue of games that were undertaken in clan matches
for both of your clans against each other Azure. Additionally, Valkyrica
has said he posted to your Brave_Heart account as wins when he should have
been posting to the AzuredragonTM account are still an issue that we had not
considered earlier. We hope you do not fault him for his integrity here, as
we do not fault you for yours to begin with. We know/believe you are not a
cheating player most certainly in your games.
For some your accounts are more troublesome then others in TOH. However,
our concern in the HC is in dealing with penalties for violations for the
policies we use in ToH as best we can and in as fair a manner as possible in
consideration of many factors. There is not usually a "perfect" outcome on
anything we do.
Rather then explain our reasoning too much(feel free to ask questions later
if you like), in consideration of your maturity and what the Honor Council
feels to be very honorable behavior and reasoning on your parts, we are
going to list the following penalties below. We know they are not just when
viewed from different angles..... some would seem to lenient (lol, some have
even called us your ass-kissers lol, and others too harsh. Nevertheless,
this will be the ruling and hopefully the last time we need to address this
issue.
Upon discovery that there was a report made to Brave_Heart when it should
have been made to Azure we could not believe our ears/eyes. Additionally we
didn't notice the clan games with one Azure clan against another
(Brave_Heart). Upon hearing this we were moved to boot you both once we
actually found out this was true. In carefully considering the matter, we
do not believer your attitude about the matter warrants removal though we
are still dumbfounded at your behavior. We do understand that it is easy to
fall down "a slippery slope" once you venture into creating a second account
and you, Azure, have the great misfortune of being a superb player and it
complicates things for you more in this matter.
Anyhow, the penalties will be the following:
1) All Azure Clans disbanded (very unfortunate for all members, but we
assume they knew you were Brave_Heart and thus share a bit in the
responsibility of the matter of the dual clan games).
2) Valkyrica removed from his clan.
3) TOH Clans coordinators may add penalties or adjust the clans and lands
based on how they wish clans to proceed and how they view would be most fair
for all playing in clans.
4) Valkyrica's account will be set to the bottom of the Legionnaire ranking,
and AzuredragonTM set to the bottom of the Baron ranking.
5) So that lower ranked people might not have the excuse for saying they
never knew you were a "better" player on a game in the future you will both
carry a new icon next to your names to signify that some gremlin influenced
you to make a mistake or two here in all this. Though we don't want this to
be taken too seriously, we also don't want it taken too lightly.
Again in our decision, most likely we will be thought to make erroneous
decisions by people considering different positions and especially those who
invest personal stakes from this outcome. We know for you both personally
these rulings are quite severe from your vantage point.....especiallly
looking out and seeing a few people you are sure have second accounts as
well, and yet they go unpunished you get stung for being honest. It is not
right and we understand that, but at the same time the judgment is just as
well in relation to your situation and we know you understand this as well.
We recognize these things, and it comes with the territory.
Hopefully we have all learned and grown though this personally. We hope all
can move on from this situation now and enjoy the game we all love.

Dude you let this get to you all too seriously like if you think it was cool on what you did.
If you knew how many times i got screwed even by Jinxer you would be thinking, "dang how can you still play in this environment?"
Why well because I love the game & love the players.
You say theres players that respect you & like to play yall.
Why dont you let this go like I have so many times & just start over the new season & learn your lesson.
I agree with you Valcy should not be put out either but heh deal with it & quitting is a weak way out of stuff & if players respect you as much as the administratord knowing about your hounor, then screw it play next season butlearn your lesson, your were not in the HOS so those who like you wont give a crap.
You F up you deal with it dont run from it or you will lose more respect that way.

Ok...what azure did wasnt decent... but please...this is too much... I thought the peanlty with hogh honor---average honor and deleting brave was acceptable...
but this starts to be really strange... Azure, baron?...not a good combo..
And what the hell did valkyrica do.....

Dingo let me explain it this way maybe it will make more sense.
Lets assume that your best friend kidnapped the Presidents daughter held her hostige for 4 weeks and then killed her. And during that entire 4 week time that your best friend had the Presidents daughter, you knew about it.... You had 2 choices. You could turn your friend in and rat him out and save the Presidents daughters life, or you could say nothing and let the crime continue. You chose to do nothing and not turn your friend in.
By law, that is called being an accomplise. In a sense you actually was helping your best friend with the kidnapping and the murder by not turning him in.
This is the same philosphy here. Valky and some of his clan members knew that Azure was breaking the rules and was helping him hide his fake account. They even engaged in a clan war with them selves basically. So to sum it up, this is why Valky and his clan suffered a penalty as well. They had a choice. And they made there choice.
** Disclaimer **
My example here was not ment in anyway as a bash on ANYONE. It was simply an example or different way to explain HC's thinking and how and why they penalized other people for Azures wrong doing.
