Its not a run down hotel.
Not a lot of drug activity. No police.
We are good here.
Why violence besides against specific frogs? And even then..

In Room 4506, floor 45, a hooded character had a tingling sensation someone had just booked THEIR room.
Not that they paid for it, anyways. Since the upper floors had been abandoned for ther better part of 20 years, living there for free was a breeze...
