Tremendous Learning Curve For ME
Oh my god could this stuff be any more confusing? Ok I just need a break from this junk. I'll just keep re-editing this post until I get a clue as to what the hell I just did with this free website. Making a page for the site is mind boggling. Yet somehow I have pictures uploaded to the net. Haven't got clue as to where they are in this free website of mine but hey life is great. I'm gonna try to figure this out tomorrow.
edit: guys I promise I'll find a way to make it easier for all of us once I figure out how to do it myself. Until then I'm learning as much as I can. So far I know you need either a website of your own or have someone else who has a website. The next thing I know is that you have to upload your picture from your comp to that website. From there I am very confused but I'm not giving up. The instructions in this thread are very lacking and I don't know why there was a qp handed out for it but we'll figure it out together. I hate not knowing as much as you all do!
Edit: Visit the "Picture Posting Practice" thread in the Tavern. This is the best place to learn how to post pics here at Heroes Community. Lots of people visit the thread and help others learn how to do it properly! Very friendly too

I think this question has already been answered somewhere else but i cannot find the other thread so i will ask again here. With my avatar, i reserved it when i got to 50 posts. But in the avatar list it doesnt say that it is reserved. Also in my profile just under my avatar it says "Existing avatar reserved". I would experiment with new avatars but im worried that i wont be able to choose mine again. Any thoughts on this?

Hey Svarog, I created an entire thread for posting pics as practice. It's in the Tavern and it's called: "PICTURE POSTING PRACTICE"
That goes for anyone else who wants to learn how to post pics and other sorts of details that go along with that specific task.
Once again the thread is called: "PICTURE POSTING PRACTICE"
It is located in the Tavern.
Please use that thread for any and all attempts at posting pictures either online or linking other pics from the net to these forums here at Heroes Community. It would greatly help keep the threads clean of spam by doing so. THANKS!

I was wondering. If i change my avatar, then try to re-choose it, will i be able to choose it or will it still be reserved? I want to do some avatar experimenting but im not sure if i will be able to re-select it because of that bug. Any ideas?

If you are able to edit your profile, that means you are the 1 who has your avatar reserved.
If that's the case, you can create another profile, pump it up with 50 posts (through spam conversation with smb) and then take your old avatar with the new profile (after dismissing it with ur old profile, of course). this way you can be fast enough to reserve it again, before any other members might try to steal it.
After that you can experiment as long as you want, and your old avatar will still be safe.
