coreldraw + corelphotopaint or adobe illustrator + adobe photoshop (first one is for drawing them, vectorized programs, 2nd for editing and applying effects to what you've drawn, or any other pics for that matter).
Tip : google has a picture search, you can "borrow" one and play around with it, but it's much more fun doing it on your own, i may attempt to make some, are we looking for something in particular as the quest huts' appearance is concerned ?

seeing that this is map related - Jinx, no wonder LIS has no admirors, you leave mass cancellation in when about every hero hits gm resistance, and that's the only thing that can shake em. that is a map where that spell is totally uncalled for.

Valky -- On the contrary, that is EXACTLY the reason it is needed. 5 Level 30 heroes with GM Magic resistance and 500 hit points each are almost impossible to kill. Especially when you bust your but to kill a hero then get him down to 40 HP's on 2nd one and poof he does Immo potion.
As I have stated before, I am not a fan of these OVER powered heroes, so I left in the spell that could help balance them some.
Zud told me you lost agasint Mass Cancel lol, you are doing the same thing you always acuse me of. Complaining about things you lose to. lol
You are a good player, so adapt and learn to beat the map with or without mass cancel.
Or you can make a rule at beginning of game that says, no using mass cancel.
Many more people like LIS than dont.
***** BTW I will be updating LIS to version 2.0 and it will have the fix to stop the Bad file message.
