1. Why 8-th level monsters can't be recruited from their dwelling like any other monsters?
2. How can you get one gem every day?

4. What does the Library of Legends do?

guesses...
1: you have to upgrade into them first... dunno for sure... first buy critters, then upgrade 
2: diamond dragon special ability... artie that gives gems
3: have critters that reduce morale... blood dragons...
4: simple... emissary of lore... it produces the emissary which provides weekly knowledge
5: those tower commanders... temple wardens or smth like that
6: one? no, two... i think
7: first aid specialized heroes... I used to choose them along with artilerists
8: mithril smelter? i don't seem to understand the question
9: that utopia upgrade... darkness darkness?
10: I do if speaking about those creature likes/dislikes - griffins...
11: lowers the defense or attack and slows
12: Casts? Orb of Vulnerability... if about critters - sorceress, and the zombie though he does not cast, he has the ability
13: I have doubts here... If it was spoken about the artifacts with 'you need to be wise', i think hero must have most knowledge among the hero's primary skills... otherwise, 'wise' is a paladin ability that results in 150% of hero's experience

1.Because they can be recruited in town(after taking over a dweling). 1 per week..

-bone&ghost dragons

-three times, two with the stack experience and third time with that axe of ferocity

-one artifact has this ability if enabled, I think it was
pendant of free will

-mithril resource itself, mithril smelter, campfires, windmills
11. What does disease do?
-attack and defense -1

-Zombies

-Dispel magic

Many ways... You can get one per day from Saurug, Ring of Infinite Gems, Gem Pond, or Diamond Dragons.
3. How can you get an enemy to have -1 to morale?
Sorrow and Ghost/Blood Dragons.
4. What does the Library of Legends do?
It's an Emissary of Lore dwelling, but AFAIK it doesn't do anything in particular... :c
11. What does disease do?
-3 Atk and -2 Defense or the other way around.

There are too many correct answers to certain questions, the maker should specify their questions more. For example, instead of asking which could cause your enemy to have -1 morale, it should be "which creature/spell/map location/artifact...". How do you give the points if 4 members all give one correct answer but itīs still different?

1. Because they are too powerful, and they are almost emmisaries of gods.
2. Build this special building in rampart (forgot the name)
3. Artifact? Ghost of opression if I remember the name
7. Wizards in army? Living scroll and expert earth magic?

1. They're actually level 7 creatures
2. Build resource silo in Tower
3. Basic Sorrow
7. Have Enchanters, no other monster faster, non-siege combat.
