I think the Rampart Grail must give Expert Necromancy to all heroes - Rampart heroes have a little chance of getting it in normal game.

Isn't Rampart the nature town? It IS the nature town. Why on earth would they want/need Expert Necromancy?

First of all: Yes, skells are just with way more, but not if you are Rampart.
Second: there is a moral bonus to ruin the pritty picture
Third: It goes against all logics ...

What good would undead creatures do a nature place? Centaurs are way better than skellies, and you would have 8 creatures for 7 slots

Centaurs are better than skellies; but the undead bastards (OK, maybe not bastards) comes in greater numbers. And the morale! The morale would be ruined! Bad idea...

What? Skeletons don't have morale at all, what moral penalty are you talking about?
And about 8 slots - I said, you don;t need your centaurs more.

please, you need centaurs. Centaurs are DA BOMB! You don't need skellies ruining morale, because undead gives living creatures -1 to morale.

And you can't upgrade the skells.
Only if you own a necropolis or if there's one of them upgrade little castle thingies nearby.

Hill fort...BTW it costs the same to upgrade there as it would in your castle right? Except for lvl 1's which are free.

The coolest thing is when you have the Tower and you have giants but it costs waaayyy to much to upgrade Cloud Temple, and you just go to Hill Fort and upgrade them

About the skeles in Rampart thing... I'd gladly put skells in instead of pegs. And as for morale - there are plenty artifacts that can fix that, no?

No, AFAIK lvl 2 upgrade is MUCH cheaper, lvl 5 upgrade is a bit cheaper, lvl 6-7 cost the same.

Hmm... Hill fort... In early (and sometimes midgame) game it's a good idea with hill forts. But in late game they're almost useless, I think.

About the upgrade costs on a hillfort.....
Lev 1 is for free
Lev 2 25% of normal costs
Lev 3 50% of normal costs
Lev 4 75% of normal costs
Lev 5 normal costs
Lev 6 normal costs
Lev 7 normal costs
...hope this helps..
