OK. The Alchemist town isn't a replacement for the Order town, therefor it musn't be in highlands. The Dendroid is a botanical expirament to give life to a plant.

I do not mean they have to replace Order. Well, if you think dendroid is an alchemist-made not elven-made, so be it. But what about the dinosaur then.

'Course I have! I have the whole town in my documents folder! Still, I can I advise you:
you can put some kind of dwarf, some kind of a mechanical unit, like catapult or ballista.
Dunno, if you want to re-create your town, I can suggest to put Basilisk or Cockatrice for the highest level. I've found in a book by Heinz Mode that Basilisk either Cockatrice both came from medieval alchemical folklore.
Basilisk was a creature, used to hatch from an egg laid by a toad. It had a deadly stone gaze that killed anybody immediately. Also, his fangs were deadly enough to kill the blue whale. He had crocodile/toad face, body of a cock, triple snake's tail, iron claws and six legs. Killed by holding a mirror back to it or by a rooster.
Cockatrice was a creature, used to hatch from an egg laid by a snake. It's gaze was also fatal, alike his claws and fangs. One difference between him and basilisk, is that Cockatrice is combined by lots of parts (21 for sure) of different animals. Often mistaken with basilisk. Mainly, it looked as a mix of a rooster, lizard, dragon and a snake.
That's all I can help if you want to replace only one creature. For further aid, just ask

I like your ideas for the specific buildings, especially the observatory, since week of the .... has been an integral part of the game forever.
But some of the critters I'm unsure of.
Here's how I'd do it
Lev1.
Gremlins - small blue men that melee attack with their ball & chain as per H3 recruited in Gremlin Village.
Gargoyles - Mid distance fliers with natural stoneskin recruited from Hideous Architecture.
Lev2
Golems - Slow melee walkers, magic resistance as usual recruited from Sculpture Workshop
Concoctor (like the name) - Short-range Archer that throws chemical jars with a range of effects, from poison to acid to slow recruited from the Chemistry Lab.
Lev3
I agree with your dendroids not being particularly elven, but I've seen a Shadow town proposed on other threads where they might fit in better.
Alchemist's Fire - Like a catapult only it throws burning pitch/tar in area attack recruited from the Military Academy
Steam-Powered Chariot - Melee unit with the charge special ability recruited from the Public Works House
Lev4
Colossus (spot on) - Titan Golems, not as poweful as their organic counterparts, shorter archery range due mechanical constraints recruited from the Goldsmith as you said.
Iron Elemental - A more powerful golem, the iron elemental, only theoretical up until now, is the distilled essence of an earth elemental infused into a molten iron body cast, then hoisted up to the lightning tower where the electric energy 'reawakens' the intelligence of the elemental in it's new form. A VERY tough melee walker, faster than a golem as it acts by it's own intelligence recruited from the Lightning Rod Tower
Lev5
Dragon Golem - new and improved from H4 it now sprays Alchemists fire on it's victim and the stack behind - just like a real dragon! Recruited from the Dragon Synthesis Hangar
Cockatrice/Winged Serpent - A Long-range flyer with the stone gaze ability of the medusas from H4. Recruited from the Monstous Nest.
So at every level you get a choice between a living and a mechanical creature. (The Iron Golem would be classed as living as it is free thinking, so would be affected by mind spells)
As always - feel free to criticise

"Alchemist's Fire - Like a catapult only it throws burning pitch/tar in area attack"
i have read something called alchemical fire and as far as i understood, it wasn't about burning tar. alchemy is a tricky thing to mess with, when creating homm lineups.

Good creatures for an Alchemy town would be the Spider, the Winged Serpent and it's (much) bigger nephew, the Typhon.
Two human(oid) classes could be the Mystic and the Thaumaturge.

to Gerdash
I've read the term Alchemist's fire too, that's where the phrase came to me, i just used the pitch/tar substance to give an example. It's basically napalming the enemy
to Ribannah
I already included the winged serpent in my line up. And that other thread I mentioned with the shadow town already has spiders in it and i think they would fit there beter.
Fire archers might fit into a knights castle better, maybe as an upgrade for basic archers.
For heroes I thought the might hero could be.....an Alchemist. The Magic hero would be a Scholar.

No,no,no... I think that ALCHEMIST should be the MAGIC hero, and someone who controls swords perfectly, maybe BLADEMASTER or the controller of the lands THANE or SUZERAIN. Alchemists should specialize in Alchemistry(magic)and in things like Transformation, Metallurgy, Materialization or in Laboratory Elements I've changed the skills of Lord into Mining and moved Nobility to Suzerains. And if for blademasters - Tactics or Combat should be the best. Not the best ideasm but quite good I think.

An Alchemist doesn't do magic I think, that's why I suggested the Thaumaturge.
A Scholar instead of a Mystic would be fine.
A few more ideas: Homunculus, Ooze, Cannibal / Witch Doctor, Abomination, Colloidal Guardian / Soldier.

i suggest a giant cucumber as a creature. i have heard of alchemical fire and i believe that a giant cucumber represents it best.

don't know what chipolata is, but judging by how it sounds, it sounds cool as an alchemical fire creature. just as much suitable as a burning tar catapult.
why bring the terminology that represents alchemical symbolism into it? why not just call it tar catapult? btw as far as i know, tar was made and set to fire without any alchemy.
oh.. you have to associate the creatures with alchemy.. too bad. do you honestly think you can handle the task more or less correctly?
or you might want to read some books and become the alchemy specialist of this forum and consult us all?

A chipolata is a cocktail stick sized sausage. I don't know what came over me just then but.....
Anyway, i brought the 'terminology that represents alchemical symbolism into it' beacause we were dicussing an Alchemy town. And I've already aplogized for the poor pitch/tar explanation. As far as I can remember, and I'll try to find some kind of back-up to this theory sometime when I can be assed, Alchemists fire was a substance that when ignited could not be put out. If even the tiniest speck of the burning substance landed on your clothes you had to strip or die. If it fell on your arm you should cut that arm off or it would consume you totally! It's kind of a cross between acid and naptha.
Plus it sounds cool.

No, no, no. You're missing the point. Not chipolata or that mix of somewhat. No. Giant "Big Mac" with cucumbers, chipolatas and buritos in it. Great alchemical symbol
As for RIBANNAH:
I disagree:
Witch Doctor - Swamps
Abomination - Death
Ooze - Dungeon
Cannibal - Chaos
As for other ideas, (Homunculus, Soldier, Coloidal Guardian) I agree. They're good.
