Watch the movie Crank. Such a good movie.

he gets injected with this poison which stops his heart, and is told he has an hour to life (asassinated), but his doctor says he can prolong his life by keeping his adrenaline levels high so he has to do all these things like drink red bull caffeine do coke inject epinephrine and have like danger, fear, alarm, arousal, excitement etc.
and he's trying to kill the guy who did it to him
and he dies by falling out of a helicopter from like REALLy high up and falls for ages and while he's falling calls his gf and leaves her a message on the machine before smashing into the ground lol.

but heres an idea which is similar to that vodka one
Drip alcohol into my stomache only fast enough to make me like 1% drunker per day. drip drip drip and a week or so later I die on ok terms.
