Why are all the good things bad for us?
I was thinking about something....
Why all the good things in this world have to have something bad about them.
Lets take food for example. I love chocolate, but eating it provokes caries, acne and make you fat. Or fast food. I am really a fast food junky but i know its not the helthiest thing that comes to my mind. Or a coca cola, or any form of booze, or candies, or fries, or....prety much anything that has a decent taste is not healthy.
Or we could take games for example. For how much i like playing video games, i know that if i play them too much i will forget to eat and my head will start to hurt. Not to mention all the other side effects too much gaming can couse.
Same goes for too much TV.
On the other hand, you have to work hard for thing that are good for you.
Wanna good body, well you have to work you a$$ of in the gym. Wanna be healthy, you have to eat lot of vegies. Wanna keap your mind in shape, you have to read a lot...
Is there anything in this world that is good and that come without any side effect???

(atleast the sex itself is good and is healthy aswell, problems might occur afterwars depending on who you have sex with but thats another issue )

Pick-up sports with friends, a long scenic walk, dancing with a cute stranger = fun + exercise.
Fruit on dessert still counts as fruit/veggies  = fun + food.
A good book, puzzles, discussions, board games like chess or even HoMM with friends = fun + mind.
The gym, overcooked brussel sprouts, and textbooks aren't the only options. Incidently, video games = relaxation, which is a good thing too as long as you don't overdo it.

yeah that's the point.Good things are good because they make u feel good.And because they make u feel good u want to do them all the time and then u haven't measures so they are becoming bad for u.
To sum up the good things are much more bad than the really bad things .

Humans make mistakes.
Therefore there will always be bad or good.
Robots can be made to be perfect if created to do so in your own eyes.
It's moronic to say good & bad will be bad.
SOmetimes bad can turn into good in the long run.
Roads you take in life have many unpredictabilities.
Good or bad thats what life is about.
Thats why people get stressed out & depressed.
We just learn to deal with it.
