problem

Ok... T.T has this problem.. and cz i want to get him active again.. I try to help.-- and maybe u know what the problem is...
Everytime he starts gamespy, and clicks connect. A windows shows up, sending a error report, when its done, u just click ok, and u return to desktop... this never changes. What could be done?

Man I knew this was about Gayspy before I even clicked on this.
