thats where barbarians are supposed to be!
they live in the woods and snow, like the Nords out of Morrowind Bloodmoon.
although they wouldnt really fit the magical snow theme weve got here in Heroes...

Well, thats right, snow in HoMM is more a magical terrein..
though why not make it more realistic in H5?
rough, deadly, cold and so on - hard conditions for hard people (barbs go to live here)

its not too good but itll do for now
it was really hard!

hi
Here are some ideas of towns i was thinknig of during physics lessons:::
some undergroudn town.. with spooky creatures / mercenaries etc..
there could be creatures like:::
shadow (insubstential for eg.)
thieves
troglodytes.
Worms /lizards
and maybe best creature could be rogue captain or something (could be so fast that strike and erturn with teleport on battlefield, and poison..)
another castle i was thinking about was Mountain..
With alot of upgrades / creatures of same type but different
Giants (stone fire earth water whatever..)
trolls.. mountain cave, river etc..
Dwarves..

Underwater castle
Castle that is completely underwater.. city hall and everhything... would ahve creatures like::::
Mermaids
Water elemental
Sea Monster
Sharks (or some mythological creature like shark)
im now in a computer class.. I will post complete description with spells.. and creatures with hp and abilities when i get home.. this was jsut a overlook.. any good?

Many you ppl have nice idead here about new towns.
It would be great if they could make like 10-15 towns...But I think it will be impossible to keep them balanced...Heroes4 has 6 towns,,,all very balanced...So Im afraid they cant make over 8 towns even we guys have tons of ideas.

a cool monster could be incarnation of anubis, a jackal headed monster that attacks with a sort of deadly howl.
Anubis was the egiptian god of the dead.

Hey, Titanium, you never posted those other creatures, so I made the Tomb alignment myself. Your Gigant's face helped though. Just notice that they dont look exactly like I imagined, cos I could use only what I had available from already existing creatures.

Yes ... another ancient topic. Last post September 9, 2004! And no, it wouldn't do very well with Heroes 5, they took a different approach and this town overlaps with the Academy to a fair extent.
