Lord Haart was in Heroes I and III, but NOT in Heroes II and IV.

And I haven't seen Luna in HoMM3 so the 2 heroes that are in Homm1-5 are Sandro and Gem.

Hmmm, I thought that was when he started getting with the Necros.
Edit: Never mind. I haven't played Homm2 in a long time. I forgot that it played around the story of Archibald and Roland.

The first four are correct, but my fifth creature was the berserker. I still considered the sharpshooter somewhat connected to the Castle town.

Wrong. In my opinion, Sharpshooters from AB are more related to the Rampart town of Heroes 3.
