mine is ghost behemoth with his ignore defence and fly ability. also the darkness dragon is unique with his darkness specialty. but i vote for lords of thunder because they are from my favourite town

I don´t like lvl8 creatures at all, they´re just too powerful. But if I have to say, then maybe hell hydra.

i like all except the blood dragon which is the weakest and is undead so i don't ever take them when playing as "not-undead"

Personally, I like ALL of them except for maybe that blood dragon thingy...
though, ghost behemoths and those thunder lords are better IMO

perhaps in 1v1 the sacred phoenix will have advantage over teh ghost behemoth because of the fire shield and slayer and most importantly the two resurrections he gets
