Yes something must be done about Sanctuary indeed...
Maybee cast it as cloud of confusion (somehow), or decrease the lenght to 2-3 turns tops

The main defense people claim about sanctuary is that is has been reduced to 3 rounds or something. Well big deal. It is the most effective and damaging to the opponent those first 3 rounds. Basically, my opponent can inflict damage to me for 3 rounds while I can do nothing except summon some creatures or cast self help spells. But what good does 4 summoned Pheonix do when my Druid gets killed before he can cast anymore.
I only had experience with it 1 time actually, that I have formed my opinion so harshly. The player had there Summoner in back row and then summoned a nice big stack of water elementals... and then proceeded to walk his sanctuaried army around in circle to protect the druid. So I couldnt make contact with the druid or any of the other sanctuaried army. Next round he summoned even more waters and each round waters icebolted a nice damage to my team. He did that for 6 rounds. * That was before MOD* But even so 3 rounds of that is enough for me to lose a hero or some army before I can do any damage to my opponent. Basically I give my opponent 3 free sucker shots and if I am still standing then I can fight back.

its only 1 !!!!
once they attack sactuary comes off so i have no idea what your talking about
doesn't stay on until 3 rounds is over lol
plus they can't cast it again until that 3 or is it 5 turns is up so you have plenty of time to kill them
i am confused bye your psot i don't know weather your mistaken or you just don't know how to battle
this is not an insult i just not sure what you mean with that post
the first time their druid summons a ceature it comes out of sactuary so you can jsut send your level 4 over use dispel and kill him LOL
if priest has divine stand on druid or just let him use it so priest comes out of sactuary and kill them both next round
sactuary is quite easy to beat if your speed is higher and morale then you go first
just wait on ceatures then if they attack you can just attack them after

Well its painfully obvious that Balcough didnt actually read my post when he responded.
No where did I say that the druid remained in sanctuary when he cast it. I clearly explained in clear detail that after he cast it and became vulnerable, he walked his OTHER army " which was still protected around the UNPROTECTED druid and UNPROTECTED water elementals... and created a wall taking up the hexes around them so none of my units could hit into them. The only army I could reach to hit were the army of his that was still in sanctuary protection.
Not sure why I am bothering to reexplain it, it is obvious that you dont actually read the words in the posts before responding.

phoinxes , fairy dragons , black dragons , cycoples , gargs and some others
can still get him even if surrounded
and i read your psot twice to make sure i understood it
not 1 of your army goes after druid or before water elementals do? if you wait on level 4
water elementals which can only be like 15 of them summoned moves
your level 4 kills them
you don't jsut sit there
and most likely your level 4 will go before his druid does so
so its really quite easy

do not forget summon wolves, msg.
jinxer, the heroes in sanctuary in front of the unprotected hero are transparent, so you have line of sight untill they come out of sanctuary. any ranger could get him. so, there are more options.
