No offence, but I really dislike the idea of having 2 creatures per level to choose from. Its great in that it means there is more creatures, different powers and so on and so forth, but in HOMM4 I can never decide if I want the creature with more power or the creature who has a higher number at the beginning of the week.

I don't think that there should be loads of town types - that would just make it more confusing. I just personally don't like having two creatures to choose from.

From german mythology(demonology), a Dark elf is Dockalfar or Svartalfar, in english dictionary "Drow" or "Trow" is a underground creature(kind of Brownie) from Shettlands.

Dont be so sure. Lots of books concerning the drow have been released, and the drows from Farun have many fans which might get upset if their elves all of a sudden appears in a homm game..

Should we recruit heroes such as Drizzt then?

i'm not thinking anything yet. i'll start thinking when i see it in some dictionary or whatever, in the original context.

if it really is a mythological thing and the d&d fans are attacking our homes then we can call police

I have seen a lot of games, read a lot of books and seen a lot of things with fantasy. I have only heard about drow in D&D. otherwise, they are dark elves, night elves or anything in between.

Too many levels and upgrades. 18 darn creatures was enough in heroes 3, never again!
You seem to be forgetting that some people aren't monster freaks and would rather have five or six monsters with maybe 1 or 2 of them being able to upgrade, because in heroes 3 I didn't belive for one minute that a green dragon could upgrade into a gold one, NOT POSSIBLE, what are you going to do to upgrade it? Because training it just won't cut it people, and spray paint doesn't count.
